Hey there, pleased to meet you

Hi, I’m Rosie.

I support serving and retired First Responders and Veterans to take simple, powerful steps to improve their mood, sleep, and overall mental wellness.

Using tactical breathwork, yoga, and mindfulness, I help you feel calmer, more rested, and more balanced — so you can show up for your life feeling steady, clear, and in control.

It took me three years to try these practices myself, but once I did, I was hooked. Nothing supported my PTSD and anxiety symptoms like breathwork and yoga. I began sleeping better, feeling less reactive, and I became a more present, less grumpy parent. That shift changed everything — and I knew others like me needed these tools too. So, I became a yoga teacher.

If your role as a First Responder or Veteran has left you feeling flat, burnt out, or just not like yourself… I’d love to support you.

Let’s get you sleeping better, laughing more, and enjoying this beautiful life again.

Today is the day to stop making excuses and to put yourself, you mental wellness and your happiness first!
