Hey there, pleased to meet you

Hi I’m Rosie, I empower serving and retired First Responders & Veterans to take positive action to improve their mood, sleep and overall Mental Wellness.

I do this so that they can feel calmer, happier, more rested and able to create balance in their lives using tactical breathwork, yoga and mindfulness strategies.

It took me 3 years to start using the practices I teach, once I started, I was hooked. Nothing helped my PTSD and Anxiety symptoms as well as Yoga and Breathwork. I started feeling calmer, I was sleeping better and I was a happier, much less grumpy parent. I knew that other First Responders like me would love to learn how to as well, so I became a Yoga Teacher.
