As a former weapons trainer and qualified yoga instructor, I bring a unique perspective to the frontline of mental wellness.
This program equips first responders and veterans with tactical tools, decoding stress responses, mastering precision breathwork techniques, incorporating mission-ready yoga practices, and deploying strategic mindfulness exercises.

Breathwork
We use breathwork as the foundation of what we do. All of our tactics begin with the breath and though our programs you will learn about the breath and it's incredible benefits.
Yoga
We use Yoga to combine somatic movements to the breath to reduce stress, and negative emotions such as anxiety, depression and anger.
Mindfulness
We engage Mindfulness practices to bring us into the present. By doing this we can acknowledge our thoughts and feelings as opposed to becoming overwhelmed by them.

I'm a Yoga Teacher and Retired New South Wales Police Officer with 12 years experience on the frontline.
In 2018 I was diagnosed with Anxiety, PTSD and Depression. These all are psychological injuries I sustained during my career in Policing. In 2019 I returned to the Yoga Mat in an attempt to take control and improve my mental wellness for myself and my family.
It worked so well for me that in 2021 I undertook and completed Yoga Teacher Training for the sole purpose of bringing Yoga, Breathwork and Mindfulness to other First Responders and Veterans.
Now I'm here, ready to empower other First Responders and Veterans to take control and improve their Mental Wellness using tactical techniques and strategies so that they can be happier, less stressed, well rested and feel like they can live the life they dream of with the people they love.
